Medstrat is the pioneer of Orthopedic PACS. When it comes to digital x-ray systems for orthopedic surgeons and their practices, Medstrat was the one who invented it. They are continually setting the pace in their industry with new innovations and advances their competition scurries to try and copy. The problem is, barely anyone in the marketplace knows about them, and they often don't make the short list for RFQ's.
Pure Imagination has been enlisted to develop a new marketing plan aimed at changing the current market perception that has mainly been fabricated by Medstrat's top competitor. The plan will outline a detailed strategy defining what Medstrat's position in the marketplace needs to be, and details on what communications vehicles and tactics will be employed to turn it into a reality.
Initiatives will include collateral overhaul for their sales force, direct marketing tactics, a website overhaul and search marketing initiatives, as well as an interactive video presentation designed to scale sales efforts with minimal manpower.
